Kiwanis Golf Scramble at Fox Run!

We are excited to invite you to the Kiwanis Golf Scramble Fundraiser, proudly sponsored by Pinnacle Bank, at Fox Run Golf Course on July 20th.

This event promises a day of fun and friendly competition, all for a great cause.

Event Details:

Location: Fox Run Golf Course

Entry Fee: $75 per player (includes a goody bag, green fees, and balls)

  1. 8:00 – 9:00 AM: Golf Registration
  2. 9:00 AM: Shotgun start
  3. Special prizes awarded throughout the day!

Format:

4 Player Scramble

Teeing Grounds: White Tees: Men will play from the White Tees. Red Tees: Women will play from the Red Tees. Men 65 years and older and 16 years and younger may play from the Red Tees.

Rules of Golf: USGA Rules of Golf will apply with the exception of a local rule stating: “A ball in a player’s own fairway may be marked, lifted, cleaned and placed, without penalty, within one club length of its original position; and as so to preserve as nearly as possible the line and stance required to play from the original position. The grass cut will define the fairways”.(Gallup Municipal Golf Course Local Rules for Daily Play and for Tournaments, 1997)

Awards: Closest to the Pin: Men: Hole #17 Women: #10 Longest Drive: (Note Drive Must be in Fairway): Men and Woman: Hole # 18

Mulligans, a free do-over: Players may purchase mulligans before play begins. One per-player and no more than 4 mulligans per team.

Maximum Score: Bogey (one over par) will be the highest score to be posted by each team. If your team does not make par, pick up and play the next hole.

Handicaps: Players or Team handicaps will not be factored for this event.

Scoring and Score Cards: Teams will exchange score cards before teeing off. Teams will post scores of their co-competitors. Example, Team A will post the scores of Team B. At the end of play, Teams will sign their own cards and turn them in to an event official.

Resolution of Tie Scores: Tie Scores for First, Second, and Third Place will be resolved by a coin toss.
